Mr. Ganus has worked at BCCTC since 2007.  Before making the move to Work-Based
Learning Coordinator, he spent 15 years as the Drafting/Pre-Engineering and Building
Construction Instructor. Previously, he worked in the home building industry with design, new
construction and remodeling. He and his wife, Melanie, are blessed with a wonderful family,
including the newest addition of their grandson. Mr. Ganus is a member of Fowler Springs
Baptist Church and a big supporter of Blount County Schools. His favorite thing about working in
education is seeing students succeed in reaching their goals. Words to live by: “Faith, Family,
