Jennifer Chambers

Mrs. Chambers is an Oneonta High School graduate. She earned an Associate's Degree in Nursing from Wallace State and a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. Her work history as a Registered Nurse includes: Operating Room , Post Anesthesia Care Unit, Same Day Surgery, Endoscopy Lab, Central Sterile Supply, Out Patient Testing, Medical-Surgical Unit, Intensive Care Unit, Patient Educator, and Physician Office Lab Clinic Coordinator. She is married to Chris Chambers and has three children - Katie and Grayson (Twins Age 12) and Jenna (Age 9). She attends Fowler Springs Baptist Church in Blountsville. Her hobbies include Calligraphy, photography, and playing the piano. Favorite thing about teaching: "Teaching is such a rewarding career, just like caring for patients. I love seeing the light bulb go off in my students' heads. I also enjoy empowering my students with knowledge about their future healthcare career and giving them the foundational tools for success not only in college health science programs but also being an informed consumer of healthcare.
